RECRUITMENT STEPS AND METHODS

We aim to attract talented and high performing employees. That is why we are very selective in the hiring process. We do not want to just quickly fill empty boxes in the org chart - we are dedicated to hiring the right people.

How do you apply?

  • Choose an interesting position
  • Send your application to the indicated email address and wait for our contact

What happens after you send the application?

  • All applications we receive are thoroughly considered
  • After reviewing the applications, we contact selected candidates and invite them for an interview
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to answer all the applications we receive – please note we will only answer selected ones.

What steps can you expect during the recruitment process?

In the selection process, candidates can expect:

  • A series of interviews with HR, line and functional managers, conducted via phone, Skype or a personal meeting
  • Functional, technical or analytical tests
  • Assessment Centers
  • Assessing cultural fit and development potential

How long does it take?

Depending on the position, the recruitment process usually takes from 3 weeks to 3 months.

Make it short, but include all necessary information about your professional background and education relevant to the job you are applying for.

Our recruiter must receive clear info – why you are the perfect candidate for the position you are applying for. And don't be shy to add info about your hobbies.


Be in a good mood, don’t be stressed, don’t play and simply be yourself.

This is when we want to get to know you a bit better, not only professionally but also personally, as the cultural fit is very important to our organization. We will ask you about your motivation, professional plans and also what you expect from us, to know if we can give you the opportunities you seek. In everyday work we dress smart-casually, you can use the same style for the interview.


As on the interview – stress is not helpful, but your positive attitude is.

Company language is English, so be ready that some of the recruitment steps, apart from the local language, might be in English as well.

If the job ad is in English - please send your documents in English and be prepared that a part of the interview might be in English as well.
